It was horrible I went in their to look at comics didn't find anything I liked so I bought a can of soda from them it was $0.75 a can! The service is excellent but the prices are outrageous.
I was on vacation when visited Roy's in June 2017, seeking back-issue comics from several genres. I thought the selection was terrific and many items were offered at prices I considered bargains. The place was quiet, the stock was well-organized and the staffers were polite.
I think Roy's is a gem, and comic fans who are traveling through Northern Minnesota should give it a look. It is certainly a far larger store than one would expect in a town the size of Bemidji (population about 14,000).
Great selection of classic comics!
No adults present from what I saw. Young children working cash register and helping customers.
