If I could give this Walmart zero stars I would. And for all the reasons people have listed. Especially about poor customer service. The customer service is the absolute worst. And they aren't that friendly to people of color. It's 2017, Bemidji as a city can stop acting like people of color do not live here. Yes people we do exist out here and want fair and respectful treatment while shopping in this rude and disgusting ass Walmart. If there were a cheaper place in town I would not bother. There is no reason to make complaints because nothing changes. I think they all need to have a team meeting and discuss how to make Walmart a better and faster shopping experience for everyone.
Besides the good prices here, some of the employees here are not that helpfully anymore and management is not good. Always busy. But remember to be nice to you cashier and there manager because it it not there fault there isn't enough registers open. You need to talk to higher management about that!
Never go to electronics no one has a key in between 12am-9am the workers avoid you and very rarely ask if there is anything that they can do. When I ask if I could get a set of headphones I was told to “ask (so n so) Jane doe” I don’t remember the persons name but still I’m a customer I don’t know who works there. And when I asked the next two workers I get a “no” and get ignored and they keep stocking! So I just go Other places when I can help it. Don’t need to mention the lines pretty sure that universally known
Many times when I have went to shop here they are out of what I am looking for. Bad part is I drive an hour to get groceries and there have been so many times it has just been a waste. It is far and in between but you can find some really good employees who want to help. But the management sucks, especially since they can't seem to hold on to any management. I would like to rate them higher but it seems they are just getting worse each year.
Great prices and the staff is friendly. Have shopped here enough to be able to help customers find things too. It's nice to know things aren't moved around very often. Produce area could be a bit better stocked at times, but overall very happy with this Wal-Mart!
