Dr. Colliton chose to list himself on a website saying he was a licensed provider and accepting patients. I called his office and this was verified. After I moved to the area and went to set up my appointment I was told they would not accept me. It turns out Dr. Colliton listed himself on the website to bring in patients to himself, but in fact, he is only able to refill a preexisting prescription one time (by another Doctor, he cannot prescribe it himself to anyone. It's an emergence situation type license. If someone is in need he can fill it for them in what is known as an "emergency refill"). When explained that I had been told otherwise on the phone and that the websites he was on were in fact for true providers of the prescription, he expressed that he did not care by ignoring me and hanging up. I was not out of line, just confused and slightly frustrated. That made me mad. I would give him a review in the negative if I could.
