Don't bother getting an online quote before shipping! This store likes to charge a good 40% more than what their website says!
Not very helpful when trying to find a solution for our packages not being delivered to our home once again. They keep telling us that no-one was home and that they didn't feel comfortable leaving the packages. However I am always home as I work from home. Smh. Poor customer service in this regard. Not very helpful.
I sent a letter on the 30th to be signed for , to which they said it would be there Saturday, unless signature then they will bring it back on Monday. . This is now The 4th and they say they couldn't guarantee delivery because "they" sent it postal and they only know it got to the post office!! WTF??? This was time sensitive mail and I trusted them ANDk it cost $2.00 more than the post office, where they sent it anyways!! Very mad!!!! And still don't know where the letter is!/////// UPDATE.......TODAY IS April 13th and I received my expensive envelope BACK for ADDITIONAL POSTAGE??? WTH??? Grrrr. REALLY MAD NOW!!!...... I had also received a call from"someone" at UPS trying to give reasons for their bad service.
I work in Fargo and needed copies printed for another office in Bemidji. I uploaded my files to the UPS site and they took care of it right away. There were special instructions for this particular print and they went the extra mile to make sure it was done right and got where it needed to be. Thank you!!
