Great place to workout. Well maintained equipment and very clean facility. Always my choice to choose this gym when traveling to the Bemidji area.

Great places to work out. The early morning is best time to work out if your not hard core into training and being seen.

Super clean, with lots of different machines. I recommend coming around 9pm, it is much less busy in the later hours.
