I've had good experiences at Sanford Clinic. Get in on time for Appts. and I've received excellent medical attention.
My mother is a patient of Dr. Dekrey. She is always treated gently and caringly by all the staff, most of whom have been there for years. Dr. Dekrey is skilled, compassionate, and caring, and takes his time with patients. In spite of that, our wait times are short. Overall, they are great and this has been an excellent experience.
I have been a patient for nearly 20 years, back when it was Meritcare. It has improved greatly over the years but remains hit-and-miss. I recently had a very good experience with internal medicine, but a family member had multiple walk-ins, ERs, and 3 days of hospitalization before they figured out it was mono. I would expect an experienced doctor to be able to diagnose something as common as mono easily. I have a standing order to transfer me to Sanford Fargo for any serious illnesses or surgeries. For whatever reason, Sanford Fargo just does a better job.
My son is almost 4. He's been on a new treatment since he was about 10 months old. Fast foward a few years, he was wheezing and always struggling to breath. What do they say?? More neb treatments. What a joke. Took him to the er in bigfork over a hr away within 20 mins he was diagnosed with asthma. 20 mins verses 3 years?? I hate u sanford and that entire shit show!! You should be ashamed of yourselves. All the doctors and board of directors care about is getting payed!!! I wish there was other heath care facilities closer that weren't sanford!!! Hate this f*****ING place!
Always a long wait even if the waiting room is empty. What the hell? My time is as important as theirs.
