Great selection, friendly service, convenient location.
They wouldn't accept my husbands passport and he is 33. He wasn't even paying. They allow children but not legit adults with federal ID's. On top of all of that they proudly exclaimed that they don't accept military ID's. As a veteran of the United States Army and Bemidji being my home town I was absolutes insulted. Soldiers can die for them, but they can't buy alcohol. I told them they should all be ashamed of themselves and walked out. Beehive liquor is great and they follow the law and treat people like human beings. Don't support these 2 main liquor stores in Bemidji. They also will not be opening for Sunday liquor sales like every other store and town in the entire state. Their loss.
This is a decent place that has most all of your highly sought-after beverages. The prices are comparable with the Bemidji locations and is probably a smidge cheaper for most things. They always seem to have college staff running the till so the knowledge is reflective and that's why I dropped a star. Have no problems stopping in because they have what I need, the staff is friendly and have always tried to do their best to help.
