Definitely not impressed. We are staying here while in town for our Dad/Father In-laws funeral. Upon check in we unknowenly we're checked into my sister in-law's room. When we got to our room, oh the stink, it smelled horrible of bleach and chlorine, everywhere! The beds, sheets, shower curtain, everything stinks. Makes me wonder if they just spray everything down vs. actually cleaning rooms. Our room is tiny with full sized beds, we requested queens. Once my sister in-law was checking in that's when we were alerted by her about the mix up. She got our room a true queen, the one you show on your website. Not even sure how that happened since at check in the front desk takes your photo ID and credit card, one quick look at the different names should have prompted them to look more in the system or ask the customer, crazy thought I know. When we tried to ask to be switched into a correct sized room as we are paying for it, we were told "you have a queen, that's what they all look like" , very insulting considering our brother in-law works at Mattress Firm and knows the difference, as well as the CLEAR difference between rooms. It is what it is I guess, but for the money you charge per night I would recommend everyone and stay anywhere else and save some money for a more comfortable room.
Fine stay. Clean, comfy, nice room, warm pool, hot hot tub. Haven't had breakfast yet. It checks all the boxes for a family with kids so far.
Very friendly and helpful. A bit outdated. They welcome pets. Nice pool. Good location. Breakfast was average.
My wife and I come up to Bemidji Minnesota on a regular basis and regularly stay at AmericInn Lodge and Suites. The staff is always friendly and caring, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The morning breakfast that they serve is always fresh hot and delicious. It's close to everything and near the highhway. Highly recommended
Great stay as usual .. very good location. Plenty shopping and eating places. Staff was great and Briana and Jessica both very sweet and helpful. Great place to stay for bike and boarding enthusiasts as there is skate park in walking distance.. Love staying at AmericInn and trying to make good excuse to go back to Bemidji.. loved it.
