Best rail to trail we have ridden so far. Loved that it was paved so didn't have to worry about rain. Beautiful scenery. People very nice along way. Nisswa had great place to change clothes, restrooms and food. Was my favorite town along trail.
The only place in Minnesota to really stand next to Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox. Great view of the lake too. Also has a playground specifically for disabled kids, so cool.
An AMAZING all inclusive playground for everyone. Beautiful lake shore in Bemidji, plus Paul and Babe- a Bemidji must see.
Paul and Babe are as impressive as ever. While I miss the old amusement park, the new adaptive friendly playground is great. The views are spectacular as always.
This park will always be nostalgic and hold a special place in my heart, as I remember it from childhood. And although Paul and Babe, as well as the park itself have changed a lot over the years, it still remains a focal point of visiting Bemidji. The new placement of Paul and Babe allow for some great family photos, the city dock and trails are inviting and calming, and the new sensory park provides wonderful inclusive play for children with ample seating for parents within supervisional sight.
