My water heater went out and it needed to be replaced; unfortunately, I had a family member replace it. two weeks later, still no water heater and no all my pipes were frozen and nothing was draining to my septic. I had Bob's Econo Pump, pump my septic and they said they couldn't get everything because the bottom was frozen. I then explained what was going on, and the driver told me that they had a hot water jet. I called and found out that it was cheaper than a plumber. They came out the next morning and within an hour had my septic pipes unfrozen. They were very kind and courteous, from the people in the office I spoke with, to the drivers that came out to my house. I know who I will be calling if I need anything else done, septic wise.
