My wife went in to Bemidji's Famous Footwear located in the Paul Bunyan Mall earlier today to inquire about obtaining shoe boxes for a project at the preschool she works at. She spoke with the store manager and was treated very rudely. I personally went in to confront the store manager shortly before noon myself and was treated in an equally rude manner. In my honest opinion, the store manager behaved in a manner befitting a six-year-old child. She continually made excuses and even tried pointing the blame at my wife. Regardless of how my wife may have come across, the store manager is a professional (or at least, that's what she is supposed to be). I am very disappointed, and refuse to set foot in a Famous Footwear store again until the staff decide to grow up.
