Don't ever buy from this company! They don't stand by what they sell. I bought the Black Fire Sinister X5 goggles. The most expensive out of all the goggles they sell cause I wanted that color lens(Black Fire lens orange center fading to blue). I received the goggles and they are clearly pink and yellow! Doesn't matter if you're outdoors, indoors. In cloudy or sunny weather they are not orange to blue. Matter of fact there isn't any blue seen what so ever. Nothing what it's like in picture, catalog, what I've seen in person or what the description says! Obviously I didn't receive the proper lens. After calling and complaining was told that's the way the lens is. And I said I didn't want a pink and yellow lens that's not the description and not what I paid for. And that I wanted a refund. Was told if I didn't like it to call 509 and complain. What kind of customer service is that? My recommendation is don't purchase anything from this company! Tons of other companies out there selling the same stuff, for same prices but will treat their customers a lot better and stand by what they sell!

Awesome experience with Up North Sports! Needed some gear for an upcoming snowmobiling trip and procrastinated ordering until 3 days before the trip. They pulled the order immediately and 2nd day aired everything to me! Received all the items well on time and will have a great trip now knowing I have the right gear. Prices and selection were great. Highly recommend this company and will definitely shop here again.

It's simple their is nobody else on their level. They offer the best and highest rated products. As an avid snowmobiler I'm purchasing equipment almost yearly not only to try new products but to make sure I have the latest and up to date equipment. Since finding UpNorthSports I no longer shop around as they always have competitive pricing but more important to me is their customer service is beyond top notch. I personally work with Mishayla and she has not once let me down with getting me what I need and in a timely manner. Since working with UpNorthSports I have recommended many of may friends and they are all now ordering through them.
