While prices can be very high, the service at Verizon is great. When you walk in the door, a representative will meet you in seconds, and ask how you can be helped. If there is a Que, you may have to wait, but you will be taken care of by the person who has the best skill at dealing with the issue at hand.
Very disappointing. Tried to get my phone fixed and all I got was sales pitches for insurance and a new phone. Didn't get my phone fixed.

Do your research before buying any extras. You can get the same screen protector for 50% less on Amazon.
