Not very clean or stocked. As a former Family Dollar employee, it's kind of sad to see the store not fully stocked, not face fronted / purged, things on end caps need filled also their home spots, risers a mess and lots of empty hangers / packages from stolen merchandise. Yes, I know payroll is always tight and they barely can schedule enough people everyday and not just on truck day. Instead of their employees just standing up at the registers doing nothing and barely greeting the customers or standing right outside the door smoking, they should be inside running repack totes or walking their aisles face fronting or putting away freight from the back room. I will stick with shopping at the Bagley store. :(
