Absolutely the worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of using. Right now I am in a Walmart parking lot, waiting for a friend to come supplement payment for my purchase, despite the fact that there is sufficient funds in the account. We can only withdraw a partial amount from the ATM because we keep getting "invalid amount" codes. We had to stop going to stores in Their River Falls because for whatever reason our account was continually flashed as someone stealing it so our purchases would be declined after shipping trips that would take 2 hours (we buy in bulk)... These are just two examples of the bigger issues we've had. It's been a hellish experience and we will be switching banks this week. It is also worth mentioning that since their hours are so limited that if you have any issues, emergency or otherwise, you will have to wait for the next available business day ... Sometime...for it to be addressed. So good luck if you need an issue resolved Saturday 6:30 pm.
