Went to Bemidji 8-15 doctor and Hygienist were very nice. Never received a new tooth brush. GOT A CALL I HAD TO RETURN TO PAY FOR A FLUID TREATMENT OF 42 DOLLARS. NOT HAPPY I HAD TO GO BACK AND PAY. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LEADERSHIP.
Aspen Dental has very friendly staff who are helpful and courteous. They got me in right away and was able to do what I needed with a reasonable cost. Plan on having more work done in the near future.
I had a very good experience with Aspen, with my upper denture. I think it is beautiful, and made me feel great! the experience was kind of scary, but the people at ASPEN were very helpful to me. It took me a while to get here, but I'm very happy with it. Be aware-- you have to have a breakdown of the cost, and when the payments are due.
Aspen Dental helped me take care of my daughter's dental needs long distance. My daughter was attending camp in Bemidji and I was in Virginia when she was having dental pain. They were able to work with me and her camp to have her seen and taken care of promptly.
Dr.Xu and staff were amazing. I have a fear of dentists, but Dr.Xu and his staff made me feel very comfortable and gave me many options and explained them in depth. Prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this dental office.
