Staff isn’t to bad but there service department is extremely slow. Dropped off my car for a 1pm appointment was told it would be an hour so I figured I’d stay and look at trucks. Stayed an hour and a half to find out that my car still hadn’t even been looked at. When I scheduled an appointment I figured that would mean my car would be brought in at 1 unfortunately I was mistaken.
Have been in for service and parts on several occasions. The staff there is always friendly and professional. I continue to recommend Bemidji Chrysler Center to anyone.
