I had to bring in my car to replace the front bumper. The guys in the shop were exceptionally helpful, informative, and efficient. They even gave me a ride home when I told them I'd have to bike in the 85 degree heat! They got me a quote in a timely manner, then gave me a realistic (and quick) timeframe to expect my car to be finished. It was a job well done and wonderful service. I will be going to them with all of my auto needs from now on.
Went to take advantage of the 17 chevy close out yesterday. Salesman that met us at the door said was busy but feel free to look around until he or another salesman is available. I told him I know what I want and mentioned the truck number and said I want to talk numbers. He still gave us the key and said go drive it. So we did to kill time. Then when we got back had to wait an hour until he finally decided to deal with us. I told him I want the truck and I have a trade in truck I bought brand new 3 years ago from them.. So when they came back with my trade in they offered below blue book at "fair". I told him that will not work for me and called the salesman out on the price they offered for my truck. They say come prepared when you buy a vehicle, he admitted they were well below but because of the deals they wouldn't come close to kbb. He of course one of the those salesman that wanted to play games. I tried to stop him several times with the game and was clear with him and told him I want mid range kbb at "good valve" for my truck instead of below kbb completely and I'll buy the new truck. The salesman would not even attempt to try. He wanted to play games and offer coupons at high interest rates ect. I told him I will not make a deal unless I get kbb value and tried to leave but wouldn't let me, I eventually had to tell hiim I was going to lunch to think and would be back. Of course never went back. So disappointed that I went there to buy a truck they didn't even have to sell me on. All I asked for was a fair kbb price on mine.
I have used Donelinger GM twice while in Bemidji this summer. First I needed a new electronic key for my car. They got my information and ordered if for me then programmed it. I also needed shocks and struts for my car which they did for me, getting me in and out quickly and under estimate. They have a clean and comfortable waiting area. I will use them again when in Bemidji.
I recently had body work done at donlinger. The manager, Jason Jones made it a pleasant experience. He is a plus to Donliner chev.
Excellent, immediate service. I kind of got lost in The Fray during lunch but the service manager made sure my car was finished and I was back on the road. What was supposed to be 1 hour actually was closer to 2 hours. But, there was an issue with one of my tires which they immediately addressed. I will definitely do all of my truck servicing at Dondelingers of Bemidji!
