I was in on Monday 9/11/2017 to Bob Lowth Ford and I have to tell everyone how great my experience was with buying my new 2017 Ford F-150 Super crew. Salesman Derek was awesome to deal with and he knew exactly what kind of truck I needed to fit my needs. He listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want on my truck. Finance manager Darrin was also great to deal with as well. They had me in and out quick so I could start enjoying my new truck. I would totally recommend Bob Lowth. Thank you very much guys!
The service that I received on my 2004 Ford Explore was excellent. The service crew handled all the work in a timely fashion and gave me a ride to and from my home to the shop. One of the reasons that I am still driving a twelve year old vehicle is the good service work from Bob Lowth Ford that I have received over those years. They know my vehicle well and do a great job of keeping me going down on the road.
Just like every time I have had my car serviced at Bob Lowth Ford it has been Exceptional! The service department and sale department are so personable and make you feel right at home! They are timely, explain every detail, and are always there to go above and beyond... I even recommended my good friend to purchase her new vehicle from them not only because of how much I love my Ford Focus but because I have never felt so appreciated for bringing my business to their dealership. I will be continuing to do all of my business with this dealership... If I could give an extra star for customer service I would!!!!!!
They are friendly, service dept. is great. We bought both of our vehicles from Jeff Palmer in July 2015. I love my 2015 Escape, handles really well in the MN winter weather. My husband loves his 2013 F150 4 door pick up. It rides like a dream, very comfortable with lots of room. The 6.5' box has come in very handy when picking up building supplies for our addition. We give Bob Lowth Ford 5 stars in all areas.
I have been doing business with Bob Lowth Ford for many years. They gave me the deal I could not refuse on my first new F150 and I am in my second new F150. I am very satisfied with the trucks, they are great vehicles for here in northern Minnesota. The service dept is great and know me by name even when all I come in for is oil changes and regular servicing. It is a home town dealership and I feel like a valued costermers and not a bank account pushed through the machine. I feel Gerry really worked to find the truck I wanted to meet my needs. I am a satisfied costermer and do recommend the F150 and Bob Lowth Ford.
